Jose
Garcia has been teaching in Cardiff now
for many years after a long career teaching and performing
in London and worldwide.
His life as a professional flamenco dancer began in Madrid,
continued in Sevilla and finally to Granada. His knowledge
of the art of flamenco, particularly dance, is unique due to
his experiences of working with the best artists in Spain in
his youth. His style is very pure and influenced by the gypsies
with whom he spent many years working throughout Spain particularly
in "Las Cuevas
del Sacromonte". Jose's regular classes
in Cardiff are
hard work but a lot of fun.
